A Year of Gratitude

We often take for granted the very things that most deserve our gratitude. There’s a fingerprint to everyday, and there is always something remarkable and beautiful to be found. This project aims to capture daily moments of gratefulness with hopes that it will help me to cultivate more kindness, generosity and interconnectedness between the tangible and intangible aspects of life. Engaging in a more mindful practice, which supports my ability to see the wonder and opportunity in every moment, contributing to healing the body, mind and spirit - because there’s just so much to be grateful for.
